It didn't feel formulaic or contrived, it felt genuinely connected, that Michelle and Judee were invested in our cohort not just professionally, but personally. That investment made me more focused.

Appreciate your approach to this work in honoring different perspectives and embodying the practices you preach. Power dynamics definitely play out even within our small organization and it was nice to see people reflecting and supported in shifting paradigms.

The set up of their program embedded the practices and mindfulness into our staff in a way that a usual "sit and get" and "one and done" program would not.

I feel more open to my colleagues and continuing to work with our team. I had been anxious due to a few experiences we've had thus far that caused me to perceive us as "not being on the same page" - but the progression of experiences/learning in these sessions has helped lower the 'affective filter'

It has been very useful to have this space where you feel a sense of community and support. These Wellness Wednesdays have truly been a place that allows me to decompress and practice self-care.

The understanding that wellness is not a product, but a process. What I do in my education, work, and parental role is vital, but self-care will help me support others around me.
